We weave social learning throughout our Learning Plans which encourages people to share what they know in comments or by uploading content. One such campaign was our System Superheroes who answer queries shared on the platform and upload content to help people. Another such campaign was run to engage our Maintenace Technicians to share what they know by uploading videos. Social Learning is integral to peoples retention of knowledge and allows everyone to learn from each other's inputs.
